Bespoke furnishings and premium finishes blend hospitality with warmth, featuring modern gym, dynamic sports centre, and inviting foyer with seats for family and guests.

Scope of Work
Full construction management and common area architectural execution. Comprehensive interior design concept specifically for the entrance, and foyer areas, including bespoke furniture design and premium material sourcing. All interior and civil works were managed and executed by Ocean Designs Studio.
