In Sindhu Bhavan’s business hub, the JP Associates commercial interior project by Ocean Design Studio brilliantly merges two offices into a 700 sq. ft. high-impact workspace via a sophisticated fusion interior design theme. Rustic veneer, polished wood, and traditional warmth fuse with modern executive flair for a grounded yet contemporary vibe.
Signature Design Features
- Executive Aesthetic: Cozy professional edge with moulding border patti hiding LED strip lights on ceilings; fabric panelling and blue textured paint highlight key zones.
- Entrance Details: Bold statement via highlighted colors, wooden mouldings, bronze mirror, and custom glass-wood door previewing luxury.
- Workspaces: Stylish utility in leather-topped tables, custom glass partitions, patterned bronze mirrors, and marble flooring for expansive prestige.

Scope of Work
Full construction management and structural integration of two units. Complete interior design concept, including custom glass and wood partitions, bespoke office furniture, and specialized lighting design. All interior and civil works were executed by Ocean Designs Studio.
